A step towards reconstruct green economy - world's largest floating solar power plant in India


 India is going to create one more Remarkable step toward green energy . the world '' s largest floating solar power plant will be installed on Narmada district  near Omkareshwar dam in khanda district of Madhya Pradesh state.   To meet the need of state power requirement and to reduce dependency on the conventional source of energy  , the state govt is constructing the floating dam . total capacity of this power station will  be  600 MW which  generate power   by 2022-23 . as the state by the government ,the estimate expenses on this project will be 3000 crore.

thus project will be installed with the help of international bodies .international finance cooperation, world bank and power grid will provide financial aid for developing the project .

  2. Kayamkulam project, Kerala with a capacity of 92 MW
  3. Getalsud dam project ,Jharkhand with a capacity of 100MW
  4. Rihand project , Uttar Pradesh
